Plan I. One Hour Health and Wellness Coaching. In this appointment we will discuss how to start your journey of clean eating , supplements, parasite cleanses and how to rewire your thought patterns. I will offer suggestions and tools to guide you on your path of a healthier you. It will take about 1hour but may go over. I will not charge for over time.
